We recruit, interview, hire, train, and supervise our healthcare staff professionals. We hire as many staff as required to accommodate our client's healthcare needs and lifestyles. We receive guidance from Ontario's Public Health Act in recruiting and training our healthcare professionals. We ensure that the staff provides the necessary employment and medical documentation required to be part of our team. We notify the Service Coordinator of any changes in status including, but not limited to, the consumer’s address, telephone number, and any hospitalizations. We also monitor contact information and hours worked. We also notify the Service Coordinator of any changes in each staff care professional's name, address, telephone number, employment status, and hours worked. We arrange and schedule backup staff coverage for vacations, holidays, absences due to illness, and personal time. We process in a timely manner the required paperwork such as time sheets, health assessments, vacations, time off requests, and any other required employment documentation.
