Our clinical team comprises Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) nurses who are members in good standing with the College of Nursing of Ontario (CNO). Our registered nurse helps individuals, families, and groups achieve and maintain optimal health and supports and promotes disease prevention.
Our registered Personal Support Workers (PSWs) are healthcare professionals who are highly trained and have the skills needed to care for people who need the most support at the most vulnerable time of their lives. Our team provides exceptional services to persons with disabilities or who need help with daily living activities. The Personal Support Worker (PSW) role involves multiple aspects of daily living activities, with dignity and respect in the comfort of their own homes or any place of dwelling with a holistic approach
Our Nurses
Works as a member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team and consultants on health-related committees to plan and implement the healthcare needs of clients while maintaining a therapeutic nurse-client relationship and using a client-first approach
Monitor and treat a client's unique responses to health problems using each client's individual care needs.
Perform health assessments to identify new symptoms of possibly undiagnosed conditions or complications
Teach and counsel patients about the maintenance of health and prevention of illness or complications.
